If any changes are detected in the information you have registered on the site, or in the event of any irregularities in transactions related to your identification or payment method, or simply as a protective measure for your identity, our representatives may contact you by phone or email to verify your data and attempt to prevent potential fraud.

If contact cannot be established within 72 hours, for your own security, the purchase order made on our site cannot be confirmed. We will inform you by phone or email that your order has been canceled due to the inability to confirm your identity or the offered payment method. However, users and/or buyers are solely responsible for the loss, misuse, or unauthorized use of the validation code, whether by themselves or by third parties, after the purchase has been made in the manner stated in the terms and conditions.

Users and/or buyers guarantee that the information they provide for the contract's execution is truthful, complete, accurate, and up-to-date.

In accordance with Law 19.628, the personal data provided on the website will become part of a MUAI PADEL database and will be used solely and exclusively for the purposes that motivated their submission, particularly for general communication between the company and its customers, validation of purchase data, order fulfillment, and response to inquiries. The data will not be disclosed to other companies without the express authorization of its owner, nor will it be transferred internationally.

MUAI PADEL never requests personal or financial information via email.
MUAI PADEL assumes that the data has been provided by its owner or an authorized person and that it is correct and accurate. Users and/or buyers, by accepting these terms and conditions, agree that the personal data provided through online forms on the MUAI PADEL website may be used for future offers, different from those initially offered by MUAI PADEL.

Notwithstanding the above, MUAI PADEL guarantees users the free exercise of their rights to information, modification, cancellation, and blocking of their personal data as established in Law 19.628. Consequently, buyers may make requests related to these rights, and MUAI PADEL will respond and effectively implement the request within a maximum of two business days.
